In this diverse role, manages the day-to-day operation of the accounting office and assists the property Director of Finance and Accounting in providing financial leadership to the business. Primary responsibilities include financial analysis and financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, audit and control, asset and liability reconciliation, working capital and cash control. Assists with capital expenditure plans (Return On Investment Analysis), owner relations and owner reporting.About YouMinimum of 5 years' experience working in a similar role is essential, preferably hospitality/hotel industryDegree in Finance or related business disciplineCPA is requiredExcellent stakeholder management and communication/influencing skillsStrong organizational, planning skills is a mustProven experience leading and coaching a team and building a strong cultureRigorous commitment to accuracy and attention to detailsIntegrity and professionalExperience with a variety of hotel systemsFull working rights in AustraliaTo ApplyPlease submit your application today.
