Our client, a small close-knit agency based in Phillip, ACT, requires an experienced Assistant Director - Learning & Development, for a non-ongoing arrangement for 12 months, with the possibility of extending.As the Assistant Director, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering our Workforce Strategy and driving positive change.Exciting things are on the horizon here and we need your knowledge, skills, and experience to contribute to our success.DutiesResponsible for the design and implementation for a Workforce Strategy, including the review and refresh of our current L&D Strategy.Identify training and development needs to workforce and support the development of meaningful career pathways for employees across our network.Coordinate mandatory and business priority training requirements for job specific roles.Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house) using appropriate training methods.
