As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Gunnedah you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.

Our centre is nestled in the heart of the Kamilaroi People's traditional lands, surrounded by the rich landscape of agriculture and mining, while still offering the convenience of being near main roads, schools, and shops.
