Pay: $41.47 - $42.35 p/h (depending on experience)

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Woodbury Park, you'll leverage your expertise and leadership to inspire and motivate your centre team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Collaborate with our dedicated leadership team, forge respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with the local community networks.
In this role, you will: Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and careMentor and build capabilities within the centre teamBe responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absenceUse and implement the Goodstart Practice GuideAbout Goodstart Woodbury Park Join our team as an Assistant Director at Goodstart Woodbury Park, located in the heart of Mardi on the Central Coast, right across from Westfield Tuggerah. Our centre provides care and education for children aged six weeks to six years across three thoughtfully designed indoor learning spaces.
In this role, you'll work closely with a passionate team of educators to create meaningful nature play learning experiences for children while supporting the Centre Director in day-to-day operations.
