Job Description Services Australia (the agency) operates a sophisticated fraud and corruption detection program, with data analytics and profiling that includes near real-time detection of crimes.
The agency investigates matters of fraud and misconduct and may pursue disciplinary, administrative, and civil or criminal sanctions where appropriate.
The agency is looking for Assistant Directors of Investigations to lead teams in serious and complex fraud investigations. We are looking for investigation professionals with demonstrated experience in leading teams to deliver investigation outcomes.
Assistant Director Investigations lead teams of Investigators and Senior Investigators. They manage team workloads and coordinate complex operations that involve organised and systemic fraud. They provide oversight and quality review of key investigation activities, including planning, allocation of resources, search warrant affidavits, and brief of evidence referrals.
