Assistant Director Investigations And Projects | Full-Time Temporary

Details: A short-term vacancy exists in the Assistant Director Investigations and Projects role, within the Construction and Planning Regulation Branch of Access Canberra.
This position works adjacent to the Construction and Planning Investigations Team, to investigate and resolve complex building and planning complaints.
The position holds delegations and appointments under the Construction Occupations (Licensing) Act 2004, the Building Act 2004 and the Planning Act 2023.This vacancy is a great opportunity for an experienced investigator to build on their regulatory experience.
They will need to be motivated and independent, able to think strategically and work autonomously with excellent attention to detail and the communication skills to liaise with a variety of stakeholders.
They will possess a positive attitude and a willingness to support the team's investigators, while progressing their own cases independently.
Depending on skills and experience, they may also be assigned project work to assist with building knowledge and improving processes across the team and related work areas.The successful candidate will have a great team to work with and support them.
