Assistant Director, Infrastructure and Networks Networks & Systems Administration (Information & Communication Technology) Full time About the AgencyThe Australian Digital Health Agency (the Agency) is responsible for national digital health services and systems, with a focus on engagement, innovation and clinical quality and safety. Our focus is on putting data and technology safely to work for patients, consumers and the health care professionals who look after them.About the RoleAs the Assistant Director of Infrastructure and Networks, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for the operational management and optimisation of the organisation's infrastructure and network technologies. While focusing on operational excellence, you will also contribute to the design and improvement of infrastructure and network systems, ensuring they meet the organisation's evolving needs.Skills and Experience• Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of critical infrastructure and network platforms, enabling seamless business operations and supporting strategic initiatives, as well as providing level-3 support on complex network issues.• Provide expert advice on policy, complex problem solving and issues management for internal and external stakeholders.• Manage a number of employees performing diverse tasks or manage a larger team where skill sets are similar and tasks are related.QualificationsRelevant qualifications and/or necessary experience aligned to section/branch operational requirements will be highly regarded.For all queries relating to the responsibilities of the position, please contact Chris Warren at (email protected) Notes:The Agency is committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
