Vacancy Number: 045105 Agency: Department of Education and Training Number of Vacancies: 1 Work Unit: Training and Careers Location: Alice Springs Primary Objective: Work directly with Industry to provide oversight, support, and build capacity to engage genuine industry partnerships that result in employment of school leavers across the Northern Territory.
Provide strategic policy advice and high-level reporting and data analysis across the Vocational Education and Training and Careers sectors to develop and implement best practice and ensure alignment with the departments Education NT Strategy and the Engagement Strategy.
Provide specialist advice to schools, communities, industry and Vocational Education and Training providers on the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of accredited Vocational Education and Training programs in Territory schools, ensuring national standards are maintained and future workforce needs are prioritised.
