About the RoleAs the Assistant Director, ICT Front Door, you will be accountable for the overall management and leadership of the ICT Front Door team, under the broad direction of the Director, Business Engagement and Support.
The Business Engagement and Support Section delivers the following capabilities, with a focus on the Agency's corporate/enterprise information technology:
ICT Front Door - Business Engagement and Partnering, Analysis, and Innovation ManagementInformation Management – EDRMS, Business Information Systems, Digital Literacy and Knowledge ManagementICT Procurement and Contract Management – Procurement research advise and support, contract management, invoice managementThe ICT Front Door team is specifically responsible for the business analysis services for the business systems and general IT used across the Agency, as well as collaborating deeply across the Branch and broader Agency to achieve desired outcomes. You will be required to undertake work that is very complex or sensitive and exercise a considerable degree of independence in performing a leadership role.

• Graduate Degree in Information Technology and/or Business (mandatory)
• IT / Digital / Business certifications in areas relevant to the role (desirable)
