Capital Linen Service (CLS) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Director HR to support the Director HR in the management of our most valuable asset - our people.
In this role, you will lead a team of three and work across all areas of HR including employee and industrial relations, injury management, recruitment, workforce planning, external training, and compliance.
CLS operates as a commercial business unit within the ACT Government's Transport Canberra and City Services Directorate.
We have extensive experience and knowledge of the linen hire and laundry services industry and have been delivering quality linen services to more than 120 healthcare and commercial accommodation providers since 1978 from our industrial laundry based in Mitchell servicing Canberra and surrounds.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: A tertiary qualification in HR and/or extensive relevant HR experience in the public sector is highly desirable.
