They are looking for an experienced Assistant Director for their service located in the Geelong area.

The Role: As the Assistant Director, you will be responsible for supporting the Director in the day-to-day running of the Centre, as well as motivating and inspiring your team of Educators.
Your typical week will consist of both on- and off-floor responsibilities.
You will manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.
You will also create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing flair to strategically increase the occupancy of the service.
