Assistant Director - Financial Systems - EL1 A long standing Federal Government Agency is seeking talented EL1 Level AD to oversee a critical piece of work which incorporates systems requiring broad stakeholder engagement especially from other Federal Government Agencies.

Duties
Project manage the design and implementation of new Financial Management Information System.
Management of Technology One and Expense8 systems, including system configuration changes, user access maintenance, help desk inquiries, train new system users and system testing.
Coding and running adhoc SQL queries to generate data extracts for QoNs, data analysis, and audit inquiries and develop dashboards and reports for the senior leadership.
Lead, supervise and develop a small team.
Manage the ongoing development, implementation, system performance and quality assurance of the financial management systems and processes used.

Responsibilities
Demonstrated Financial Management Information Systems experience with Tech One.
Experience with Expense8.
Proven experience in team leadership.
Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated high level written communication skills with the ability to develop configuration/as-built documentation, and training materials.
