The Opportunity As the Assistant Director Finance Business Partnering you will play a key role in ensuring that finance is a valued partner empowering Communities divisions by providing timely and accurate strategic financial information, advice and insight to ensure that the organisation delivers on its strategic objectives.
The Assistant Director Business Partnering will drive improvements in business performance by providing financial advice to support informed and effective strategic and operational decision making in line with Communities' approved budget settings.
The role will provide insightful and timely observations and recommendations regarding business financial performance, leading a small team and working with the Housing and Homelessness Division to ensure the effective allocation, monitoring and performance of budgeted resources to ensure the organisation delivers on its strategic objectives.
The Assistant Director Business Partnering will place an emphasis on building a strong professional working relationship with key stakeholders within Communities and building an excellent understanding of the business.
