Assistant Director/Educational Leader - Early LearningOpportunity for qualified teacher to join our Early Learning team.We are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and collaborative person to join our Early Learning Centre in a full-time role. The successful candidate will be a dynamic educator who is a committed Christian, actively involved in their local church.As part of a cohesive team, you will be committed to articulate the vision for strengthening and building upon a strong foundation in line with the school's learning framework.Reporting to our Director of Early Learning, this role will be responsible for the following:Development, implementation and reflection of a high quality program based on service values and philosophy in collaboration with the Director, educators and school management.Inspiring and mentoring educators regarding the implementation of service pedagogy/program to ensure compliance with the regulatory frameworks and regulations.Building and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, educators and staff to deliver best outcomes for families and children.Casual relief in our rooms from time to time.About YouWith the ability to drive and facilitate a deep love of learning in students, your Christian faith will be evident in your ability to integrate an authentic Christian worldview into every learning experience.
