The Business Manager will operate to plan, organise, direct, control and review day-to-day operations of the division/branch.
They will coordinate business and governance activities with the Division and the other parts of the Commission.

Complaints & Engagement Divisional Operations and Improvement Team (DOIT) provides essential operational, administrative, and strategic support to the Division, enabling them to effectively achieve their goals and contribute to the NDIS Commission's objectives.
