Role Overview: Lead and Advise: Guide property leasing and accommodation management for non-government clients. Provide expert advice to senior management on subleasing and stakeholder management.Customer Champion: Be the go-to person for PGI customers, ensuring our services meet their needs and standards.Collaborate: Work with various PGI teams to deliver exceptional services.Support Decision Making: Draft high-quality reports and briefings for senior executives and ministers.Optimize Tenancies: Manage the property portfolio to maximize rental income and minimize vacancies.Handle Finances: Oversee all fees and charges related to building management and tenant occupancy.Manage Transactions: Ensure timely and customer-focused property management activities.Tech Savvy: Use Microsoft Office and property management software to achieve great results.Additional Duties: Take on other tasks that support our team and organization.Uphold Values: Adhere to the ACTPS Code of Conduct and values of respect, integrity, collaboration, and innovation.Supervise Staff: This role may involve staff supervision.What You Need: Team Player: Ability to support and work within a client-focused team.Excellent Communicator: Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Experienced: Background in leasing and property management, preferably in government or commercial settings.About Us: Property and Government Insourcing (PGI) offers expert property management and maintenance services.
