This role is being advertised as both ongoing and non-ongoing, with the employment type to be determined in negotiation with the preferred candidate and the NIAA delegate. Where a non-ongoing specified term is offered, this would be for an initial period of up to 12 months, with a possibility of extension up to a maximum period of two years. A non-ongoing offer may result in conversion to an ongoing offer of employment; however, this must occur within 18 months from the opening date of this advertisement.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced change management professional who is passionate about enterprise-level transformation and staff development, to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO). This key leadership position will suit someone who likes working with a considerable degree of independence, under broad direction from the Director. The TMO is responsible for providing specialist advisory services within the Agency, including change management. The Change Management Advisor role is key for promoting a consistent change management approach and capability uplift across business groups. It requires high-level engagement skills and the ability to champion and embed good change management principles and processes across the Agency.
