Assistant Director Bus Operations | Full-Time Temporary

Details: Come and join a role as Assistant Director in Transport Canberra Bus Operations reporting to the Senior Director Transport Canberra Bus Operations.
You will be responsible for collaborating and working closely with key personnel in the Bus Operations branch, Transport Canberra (TC) and Transport Canberra and City Services (TCCS) to implement governance and business processes to deliver business critical operational tasks.
These include coordinating and drafting internal and external reporting, planning, governance, audit, and performance obligations.
The Assistant Director Bus Operations will identify business improvements and build strong working relationships within the business and across the Directorate.
It is critical that this role works collaboratively with stakeholders to identify business improvements, increase efficiencies, and thereby contribute to driving performance improvement and delivering better services to the community.
This is an integral position within Transport Canberra Bus Operations.
This position requires a leader with a strong, considered, and engaging people focus to successfully deliver and drive a culture of respect and a desire to achieve customer service excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess an innate ability to draw on the right skills in a contextually and environmentally appropriate manner, align team performance, and develop capacity to achieve organisational objectives.
