Assistant Director, Builder Relations, Sales and Client Services
Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of PermanencyDetails: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Director, Sales and Builder Relations to join the Thriving Communities Group's Sales and Client Services team. This role oversees Suburban Land Agency (SLA) sales across various land types in the ACT, developing innovative sales strategies, managing key processes, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates will bring excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a strong understanding of residential and commercial sales practices, thriving in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working (ABW). A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
