We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director (2IC) - Educational Leader to join our established team in our Bomaderry service. Bomaderry is a BRAND NEW centre expected opening in August/September 2024! About the role: Provide guidance and direction to educators through collaborationOffer support to educators to effectively implement the planning cycle to enhance practices and programsLead, develop and implement effective and valuable educational programs within the service Ensure all learning is guided by the Early Years Learning FrameworkEncourage and demonstrate appropriate and respectful communication and behaviours within the service About you:
