Job DescriptionYour New Role As a member of the Precincts team, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a complex stakeholder environment with exposure to high-profile projects in one of Australia's largest urban renewal projects.
We are looking for a self-driven professional who is ready to take on a challenging role where there is opportunity to grow your skillset and career.
Please note, we are seeking an individual for a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity depending on start date.
Reporting to the Senior Development Manager, your responsibilities will involve, but not be limited to:
Managing the teams project costing, cash-flows and delivery against budgets.Assist in the preparation and review of detailed feasibility studies.Assist with administering development agreements.Internal reporting including minute-taking and preparation of presentations.Coordination of internal and external stakeholders.Work with the broader team to identify, monitor and mitigate and report on project risks.Support the team in the delivery of corporate goals and objectives.Deliver procurement and appointment of consultants and contractors to successfully deliver project outputs.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You We are seeking a confident, big-picture thinker who is commercially savvy and possesses strong stakeholder management skills who will thrive in a complex, fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
