The Role: Lendlease is looking for an Assistant Development Manager to join the Elliot Springs team in a permanent position. As the Assistant Development Manager for Elliot Springs, you'll bring knowledge of the development cycle, including but not limited to brief preparation, design management, planning, marketing, sales, procurement, delivery, settlements, hand-over, and customer service.
About you: Reporting directly to the Senior Development Manager, you will be tertiary qualified in a related field as well as have previous experience ideally in land development, medium density and residential built form development, and/or master planned residential projects.
A proactive, self-start attitude coupled with strong commercial acumen is essential. We are looking for someone who is focused on team and project performance and is aligned with our Corporate values.
