Assistant Development Manager

The RoleAs an Assistant Development Manager, you will work with the Development Team in all aspects of development works, including overall development management of existing assets or new developments across different sector classes ranging from commercial, retail, residential, industrial, and logistics projects.Job ResponsibilitiesProviding the development team assistance with:Conceptualizing development design requirements and formulating design briefs to ensure alignment with the Company's development strategy.Managing the development of design concepts/options.Managing the design consultants and liaising with all relevant authorities for project approvals, managing tender and award processes, as well as construction and contract administration.Managing the development process from inception through to completion.Ensuring projects are completed within budget, schedule, expected quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance.Administering agreements with design consultants and contractors, including procurement, establishment of service agreements, and processing of invoices.Job RequirementsRelevant development or project management experience in the execution of Commercial, Retail, Residential, Industrial, or Logistics projects is highly desirable.A continuous improvement mindset towards design and processes through consistently questioning the status quo or value engineering the optimum solution to all aspects of development.Possess a high level of independence, cultural sensitivity, endurance, and adaptability, demonstrating excellent leadership to drive projects while being a team player.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 software is essential.Experience in, or a willingness to learn the following software platforms is essential: SAP, Ariba, and Aconex.Interested applicants, please submit your resume by clicking APPLY NOW.
