At Landmark, our mission is to make the Australian dream of property ownership a reality for everyone.To help us with our mission, we are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Development Manager who is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the development and construction industry.The OpportunityAs an Assistant Development Manager, you will join a small, passionate, and energetic team working at a fast pace to deliver the Landmark development pipeline. The role will require you to provide support in both development and project management to our Development Managers.Key responsibilities include:Preparing weekly action plans, Consultant Agreements, and Deliverables Matrix.Preparing required invoicing, meeting minutes, PCG (Project Control Group) reporting.Provide support to management with budgeting, deliverable matrix, design standards compliance.Coordinate Occupation Certificate completion through the assistance of the Development Manager.Coordinate key components of the varying land titles, including but not limited to Area Checks, Procure Consent, Unit Entitlements, and Subdivision Certificates.Working closely with other departments, such as Sales and Pre-Construction.What You'll Need to SucceedTertiary qualifications in Property Development, Structural Engineering, or a related field.Ideally, 2-3 years of experience in Property Development post-degree completion.Ability to support the project feasibility process with clear documentation and supporting information.Experience in managing external consultants and dealing with authorities.Strong understanding of procurement and planning.Demonstrated knowledge in negotiating contract commercial terms.Self-motivated and proactive in identifying areas of challenge or improvement to achieve business outcomes.Practical experience or exposure with financial modelling and business case writing.ContactPlease apply via the link and ensure your resume clearly highlights any development examples you have been involved in.
