ROUSSOS Recruitment is thrilled to be collaborating with a highly respected leader in the property development industry. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Development Manager to join a dynamic team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside industry experts on high-profile projects that are reshaping communities across South Australia. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the development team through the entire project lifecycle— from coordination and administration to reporting and execution.
The Role:
You will be at the heart of exciting residential projects, assisting in the coordination of key development processes and supporting the delivery of high-quality, innovative communities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in property development, working alongside a talented team on iconic projects.
Reporting directly to the Development Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Managing project administration, reporting, and cost control to ensure financial performance aligns with project goals
Preparing detailed project briefs in line with project feasibility and objectives. Establishing and monitoring project budgets to manage financial performance. Assisting with the preparation and submission of development and authority approvals. Attending Project Control Group (PCG) meetings and contributing to project discussions. Supporting the project completion phase, ensuring a smooth handover upon project completion. The Like Mind

With experience in property or commercial construction, you will have excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail. Ideally, you should hold a tertiary qualification in construction management, property, engineering, architecture, town planning, or a related field, with strong communication skills.
