Assistant Development Manager

Together, we are seeking an Assistant Development Manager to work alongside the development team, handling daily administration, development and reporting tasks for Cedar Woods projects.
This is an excellent entry point for individuals looking to transition into or make their mark in property development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a reputable developer and work on some of South Australia's most exciting projects, such as Fletcher's Slip.
The Role
Reporting to the Development Manager, your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Project administration, reporting and project cost control management Preparation of project briefs in accordance with the project feasibility Establishing project budgets and managing the financial performance of projects Assist in the preparation and lodgement of development approvals and other required authority approvals Attend PCG meetings Assisting with the project completion phase and subsequent project handover The Ideal Candidate
You will be seeking to break into the industry, with a strong work ethic and is eager to learn through hands-on tasks. You will bring to the table industry experience within the property or commercial construction sectors along with strong time management skills and high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in construction management, property, engineering, architecture, town planning or a related discipline, along with strong written and verbal communications skills. Your ambition and passion for the development sector will see you thrive in this role.
