The role
A position has been created for an Assistant Development Manager to join the team. This role will see you working on two residential mixed-use projects in the Sydney metropolitan area. Key responsibilities will include:
Conduct Research on general Local Sales & Development CostsWork with Development Managers to Appoint Consultant TeamsPrepare & Manage Feasibility Analysis for New AcquisitionsAssist Marketing, Sales & Design Lead to Deliver Marketing MaterialAssist Development Managers with Monthly Reporting RequirementsSkills & experience
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have current experience as an Assistant Development Manager on residential apartment projects. Other key requirements include:
