To support our continuous growth, Durack seeks a proactive Assistant Development Manager to enhance our dynamic team.This position offers an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual eager to contribute to the full spectrum of property development activities under the guidance of our seasoned Development Manager and Development Director. If you're driven by creativity, precision, and strategic thinking, this role is your chance to make a substantial impact.Responsibilities IncludeFinancial Analysis & Project Feasibility: Perform detailed financial assessments and project feasibility analyses to ensure profitability and viability.Project Design & Strategic Planning: Participate in crafting innovative project designs and strategic planning, securing approvals while meeting community, environmental, and market demands.Marketing & Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our marketing team to devise impactful strategies that enhance project visibility and sales outcomes.Oversight of Construction Phases: Monitor construction activities, guaranteeing adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Administrative Excellence & Reporting: Execute thorough project documentation and reporting, aiding in streamlined project administration.What Durack OffersA competitive remuneration package and a culture of support and recognition, valuing every team member's ideas and contributions. Professional growth opportunities within a growing business.We're Looking For:Education: A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Property Development, or a similar discipline.Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a role related to civil engineering or property development, demonstrating a keen insight into the development process (desired).Abilities: Outstanding project management skills, a keen financial understanding, and superior communication capabilities.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; familiarity with EstateMaster or equivalent development software is a plus.
