Assistant Development Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Development Manager to join our Brisbane Communities team.The Role:Based primarily at our Head office in Brisbane, as the Assistant Development Manager you will play a role in the delivery of one of Lendlease' largest master-planned communities, Yarrabilba.As the ADM for Yarrabilba, you'll bring knowledge of the complete development cycle; including, but not limited to brief preparation, design management, planning, marketing, sales, procurement, delivery, settlements, hand-over and customer service.About you:Reporting directly to the Senior Development Manager you will be tertiary qualified in Development, Financial, Planning, Property, Economics or a related field as well as previous experience in land development, medium density and residential built form development and/or master planned residential development delivery.A proactive, self-start attitude coupled with strong commercial acumen is essential.
