In your role as Assistant Development Manager, you will assist in managing the coordination of planning, design, construction, and the final sales or leasing process. As part of a dynamic team, you will oversee daily project management tasks. Collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key responsibilities include coordinating with consultants such as Engineers and Town Planners, managing contractors, overseeing the approval process, and obtaining necessary planning approvals. Furthermore, you will handle contract negotiations, develop procurement strategies, and provide regular project reports and forecasts. Your role is crucial in driving projects forward and contributing to the ongoing success of the project.
About You:
Educated with a property related degree, you are a dedicated, results-driven professional with experience in the property development industry. You understand the complexities of large-scale projects and have an excellent grasp of the market dynamics in Perth. With outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, you can work effectively within a team and liaise with a range of stakeholders. You are financially literate with an understanding of feasibilities.
