You will enjoy working on challenging and satisfying work, with capable and friendly team members.The OpportunityWe are currently looking to appoint an Assistant Design Manager to join our team.In this role you will be assisting with the coordination of the design process and design documentation to ensure the most efficient design in terms of the contract brief, cost and construction programme.To be successful in the role you will have:Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management1+ years' experience within a building contractor environmentExposure to CAD and BIM technologyExperience using Aconex, Bluebeam and similar construction softwareCompetent user of office 365 programs including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPointAdept at working collaboratively with others.Developing commercial acumen#J-18808-Ljbffr
