You will join an experienced team led by a seasoned Partner, working with clients across various industries.
You'll handle a broad range of corporate finance responsibilities, building trusted client relationships through your expertise.
As an Assistant Manager, you'll also mentor junior staff while receiving guidance from the Partner.
Core Responsibilities: Support the execution of corporate finance transactions, including mergers & acquisitions (M&A), valuations, and due diligence Assist in developing financial models and conducting detailed financial analysis for clients Provide strategic advice to clients on corporate finance matters, including growth opportunities and risk management Mentor and guide junior team members, reviewing their work and supporting their professional development Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls Key Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of corporate finance principles, including M&A, financial modelling, and valuations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing client needs and financial opportunities Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Ability to manage multiple client portfolios and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and mentoring junior staff What is in it for you?
