We are looking for an educator to join our amazing team as an Assistant Coordinator at St Ignatius in Toowong.
At St Ignatius Outside School Hours Care we provide before school care, after school care and vacation care to up to 75 children.
St Ignatius OSHC advocates healthy living through the Active After School Care Program.
This is a government funded sports program which allows all children enrolled to participate in diverse sporting activities each school term.
As an Assistant Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of the children in our care.

Here, children can interact with friends, develop social skills, solve problems, explore new experiences, and acquire essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the Coordinator in the day-to-day operations of the service, including: Program planning, delivery, and documentation.
Staff rostering and supervision.
Administration and financial management tasks (e.g.
fee collection) Assist in the delivery of a high quality, inclusive, educational program.
Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming, and nurturing environment.
Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare    Job Requirements: Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis Consent to be the Responsible Person on site in the absence of the coordinator.
Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place framework and National Law/Regulations Experience in the education and care of children.
