We are seeking an organised and proactive Assistant Coordination Officer to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our project development and delivery efforts, contributing to a variety of tasks including research, analysis, reporting, and administrative support.
About The Role As an Assistant Coordination Officer, you will: Provide essential project and operational support by monitoring and reporting on project plans, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with time, cost, and quality indicators.
Update and manage project documentation to ensure adherence to agreed project management methodologies.
Conduct research and analysis in designated project areas, interpret operational policies and procedures, and assist in the preparation of project briefs to support decision-making and planning.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address implementation issues.
Offer secretariat and administrative services, including coordinating committee meetings and preparing related documentation, to facilitate effective project management.
Collaborate with colleagues to share insights, develop efficient work practices, and assist with crisis management in other local or regional areas.
About You You are a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Your experience in project support and administration has equipped you with the skills needed to excel in a fast-paced environment.
You thrive in roles that require both independent work and collaboration, and your excellent communication skills enable you to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have Proven experience in project coordination, research, or administrative roles.
