The Role: The AO2 Assistant Conference Room Coordinator duties will include: Oversee room bookings and helping with physical room set-ups.
Assist with audio/visual demonstrations for conference delegates.
Processing invoices and coordinating with the marketing team to promote venue usage.
Maintaining effective client communication.
Occasional support for the facilities team, including setting up workstations and logging maintenance requests.
Skills and Experience: Proven ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
Experience working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
Strong personal responsibility, with attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks accurately.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicts professionally.
Familiarity with audio/visual equipment and conference room operations is highly desirable.
