What you will be doingBuild your strata knowledge and support assigned Strata Managers in all aspects of the management of a diverse portfolio.Preparing meeting minutes and agendas for Committee / General meetings.Document preparation prior and post meetings through an electronic cloud-based platform.Attending to customer queries via email, phone or in person.Assist in maintaining records and statutory deadlines (insurance, inspections etc).Scanning and photocopying of documents.Growing skills to eventually becoming a Strata Manager with your own portfolio.What you need to bring to the roleSome understanding of Body Corporate/Strata Legislation and related regulations desirable.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.Attention to detail and strong time management skills.Takes a disciplined approach to personal & work life integration.Empathic, team oriented and eager to develop / enable others.Initiative and learning focus (growth mindset).What's in it for you?New Business Incentives.Training and career development opportunities.Supportive, collaborative and dynamic team culture.Hybrid working arrangements.Wellbeing focus including the ability to purchase leave, and a gift of birthday leave!About Smarter CommunitiesSmarter Communities Limited is one of the largest community management companies in Australia.
