We are seeking an experienced administrator with excellent customerskills to join our Gold Coast team of Strata Managers. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background working in strata, administration, customer service or real estate to join our amazing team.
Your new role will be:
Working with a Body Corporate Manager in all aspects of the management of a diverse portfolio of Bodies Corporate.
General typing, scanning and photocopying of documents
Preparing meeting minutes and agendas for Committee / General meetings
Attending to customer queries via email, phone or in person
Assist in maintaining records and statutory deadlines (insurance, inspections etc.)
Growing skills to eventually becoming a Body Corporate Manager with your own portfolio
The successful candidate will have:
