Our Client requires an Assistant Commercial Property Manager/ Trust Administrator to join the team and grow with the company. Senior leadership will provide support and training to manage your own portfolio. This is a new role due to the consistent increase of new business.
The Role:Meet financial and performance targets of the commercial and retail management departmentLiaise with stakeholders to provide first-class asset managementExecution of lease renewals and annual rent reviewsTenant retention strategiesFacilities & maintenance managementDownload trust account statements & balance trust accountLandlord statements, creditor paymentsCommercial tax invoices e.g. Water rates, council rates, rental increases etc.Tenant & landlord reconciliationsPreparation of Receipts & Expenditure statementsRental adjustments & refundsEnd of Month rollover and reportsFor this role you will have:Experience in Commercial or Residential Property is essentialDetermination to build a career in the property industryCirrus8 knowledge (ideal, not essential)Time management and attention to detailPossess a 'can do' attitude & be a great team playerExceptional presentationThe Benefits:Working with this Client, you will benefit from a positive team culture, growth opportunities, and a chance to work with some of Adelaide's best agents & property managers.
