Viva Leisure, parent company to Club Lime is looking for those interested in future development opportunities which may lead to club management, as part of our Future Leaders Programme.
This programme is designed to develop Assistant Club Managers into future Club Managers and provide a pathway to manage your very own club.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership, management, and passion for health and well-being to all members and employees associated with Club Lime.
You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders in the fitness industry, gain exposure to different areas of the business and develop the skills and knowledge to become a successful Club Manager.
Day-to-day duties could consist of servicing clubs, maximising sales memberships, supporting members with general queries, club tours for prospective members, and ensuring that the club environment is clean and well-presented for all.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCEThe skills & qualifications we are looking for:
First Aid (if not holding, would be willing to acquire).CPR (if not holding, would be willing to acquire).Working with Vulnerable people check (if not holding, would be willing to acquire).Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness IndustryGood aptitude for sales and striving to meet targetsGood knowledge and competency in Microsoft Office applicationsAs a member of the team, we are committed to providing team resources and support needed to succeed in their roles.
