Chic rooms and suites embrace the iconic attractions just steps away, while the award-winning restaurant and street front bar are destinations unto themselves.What you will do:Together with the Chef Concierge, ensure the smooth daily operation of the Concierge department.Demonstrate a strong leadership presence for our guests and employees.Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.Foster positive relationships with guests, anticipating their needs, and providing a level of service that reflects our commitment to luxury hospitality.Lead, inspire and develop your dedicated concierge team.Arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, transportation, and other services, demonstrating exceptional organisational skills.Serve as a knowledgeable resource on local attractions, events, and points of interest.Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports, ensuring that all information is documented meticulously.Assist in creating rosters, managing labour costs and expenses.Stay updated on industry trends, local events, and new attractions to enhance guest experiences.What you will bring:Proven experience as a Concierge leader, preferably within a large hotel that delivers five star quality.The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with people at all levels and across all areas of the Hotel, including with external vendors.A passion for providing a memorable guest experience.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and entertainment options.Proficiency in using property management systems and other relevant software.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and grace.Highly developed people and business management skills, including payroll, rostering, cost control and expenses.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.What we offer:Excellent Training and Development opportunities.Complimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resort.Complimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms.Complimentary Employee Meals.Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package.If you think you are a fit for this role, we look forward to receiving your application!Applicants must possess full Australian working rights for this role.We make it a point to take the time to review each resume carefully to select those that are a match with the preferred qualifications for the job.
