Our service is easily accessible via bus or train and is a 4-minute walk to the service.
The service caters to children 6 weeks to 5 years and offers spacious learning studios and large outdoor natural play spaces designed for child-led exploration and inquisitive play.
Role Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures, meeting compliance and financial targets.Create long-lasting connections with your local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.Mentor and support the centre to meet/exceed the National Quality Standards.About you A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.A current Working with Children's Check.Experienced in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.Why work for Affinity?
