Your Role
Assist the Centre Director in managing daily operations and supervising staff Guide and support educators to deliver outstanding care and education Foster a positive, inclusive, and cooperative team culture Communicate effectively with families, staff, and the community Lead by example in maintaining a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children
What We're Looking For
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved) Proven experience in leadership and management in early childhood education Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to mentor and support a team of educators Current WWCC, First Aid, and CPR certifications Full working rights in Australia
