About The Opportunity As the Assistant Centre Director , you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children while promoting their learning and development.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating closely with the Centre Director to ensure a high standard of care and education Being a hands-on presence on the floor, supporting the team as needed in the first 12 months Communicating positively and effectively with children and staff on a daily basis Supporting and mentoring educators to enhance their professional growth Demonstrating a genuine passion for children's learning and well-being About You The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Centre Director or be an experienced Educator eager to take the next step in their career.
You will also have:
A passion for children's education and a thorough understanding of developmental areas Diploma In Early Childhood Education Or ECT Degree (or working towards a qualification) Strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with staff and families A commitment to supporting and guiding fellow educators as a mentor First Aid, CPR and Working With Children Check (Desirable) Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS Apply today and don't miss out on starting this rewarding opportunity as soon as possible!
