The Opportunity: We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Centre Director to join our Holder Early Learning Centre team. In this key leadership role, you'll work alongside our Centre Director to ensure high-quality care, compliance, and educational excellence.
You'll play a vital role in shaping young minds, building strong relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations alongside the Centre Director, ensuring regulatory compliance. Guide curriculum development and implement the Early Years Learning Framework. Build positive, supportive relationships with children, families, and educators. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of children through active supervision. Drive continuous improvement and uphold high service standards. Act as Nominated Supervisor in the Centre Director's absence. About You: You're passionate about making a difference, with: A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent). Current Senior First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications. A strong commitment to child safety and safeguarding practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience with the National Quality Framework and Education and Care National Law. The ability to mentor, inspire, and support educators.
