About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Assistant Campus Principal to join an independent school in Mt Victoria, reporting to the Campus Principal and Campus Administration (CA) team. This role focuses on upholding the school's vision, values, policies, and strategy to the highest standards.
In this leadership position, you will support the Campus Principal in guiding staff, students, and stakeholders to achieve excellence in teaching, learning, student outcomes, compliance, and governance. You will be a visible and approachable leader, fostering positive, firm, and fair relationships. Additionally, you will act as the Campus Principal when required.
This dual role includes a 0.5 English teaching load. It is a full-time, permanent position starting January 2025.
About You
We are looking for a motivated educator with leadership experience or a desire to step into a leadership role. You must have a thorough understanding of the 3-12 curriculum, strong relationship-building skills, and experience leading digital technology initiatives for staff and students.
As an experienced English teacher, you will be ready to adopt modern teaching methods and technologies, including video conferencing and online tools. You must be a NESA-registered teacher with a solid understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Syllabus. We seek a collaborative, results-driven leader with excellent stakeholder management skills and a passion for contributing to a global organisation.
