About the opportunity We are seeking an Assistant Campus Principal at our Mt Victoria Campus, accountable to both the Campus Principal and the Campus Administration (CA) team.
The primary objective of this position is to ensure that OneSchool Global Australia's vision, values, policies, and strategy are upheld to the highest standards.
As the Assistant Campus Principal you will work in support of the Campus Principal to lead Campus staff, students, and stakeholders strategically and operationally to achieve the highest possible standards in teaching and learning, student achievement, quality, compliance, and governance.
You will be a highly visible member of the leadership team, building positive, firm, and fair relationships with all stakeholders.
Additionally, you will be able to deputise for the Campus Principal at any time.
This is a dual role, combined with a 0.5 English teaching load.
This full time, permanent position will commence in January 2025.
About you Ideally, you will have leadership experience or be ready to take that next step into a leadership position.
You must have an excellent understanding of the 3-12 curriculum.
A capacity and willingness to build and manage positive working relationships (High Performing teams), and experience in implementing and leading digital technology professional learning for staff and students.
You will have an English Teaching background, and you will be comfortable stepping away from traditional classroom teaching practices, to embrace modern teaching methods and technologies including video conferencing and online resources.
Candidates will need to be a NESA Registered teacher, have a strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum and Syllabus.
