We are currently on the look out for an Assistant Buyer - Women's Sport to join our Lifestyle team.
What's involved…Assisting our Sportwear Buyers with Monday morning trade analysis/commentary where requestedSupporting our Buyers to chase in trade opportunities - recuts, color ups, SMUsAssists with the management of SKU lifecycle/ re-codingAssists team to hold suppliers accountable for delivery failure (e.g. late deliveries, under deliveries)Reviews best and worst product reports and provides key findings to our BuyersRun vendor performance reports for showings and internal meetingsAssists our Buyers with SWOT analysisAttend showings, on request of our Buyers, and action follow up notes/create order profilesBuild strong and professionally reciprocal relationships with suppliersAssist the Buyers in keeping the trading terms matrix up to dateBrand Plan accuracy and submit weekly intake updateEnsure all advertised stock is delivered two weeks prior to launch dateManage & populate weekly marketing sku listsAssists in completing the marketing monthly priorities alongside our BuyersAs part of a competitor analysis, assists our Buyers to identify product & trends relevant to customer segmentAbout you…Assistant Buyer experience in a multi-brand fashion/retail environmentAdvanced Excel skillsThrive on building successful and long term business relationshipsYou're naturally inquisitive with a love for numbers and a strong understanding of how to review and report using ExcelA passion for retail!
