ABOUT THE ROLE We have an exciting opportunity to join our Cotton On Body team as an Assistant Buyer focusing on our Activewear Tops & Bottoms category. You will work alongside your category buyer to deliver big ideas and key lifestyle products that align with our brand and DNA. You will partner with your category buyer to ensure sales and trend opportunities are identified and deliver on production decision-making solutions that offer growth to the category. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills that will enable you to represent your Buyer's message and strategy to help deliver amazing products. If you are looking to gain relevant skills and knowledge through 'on the job' training while on your way to becoming a Buyer, then this could be the next step for you.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Degree/qualification in relevant field i.e. Buying Previous experience in a similar Assistant Buyer role is ideal Hands-on product development experience, with the ability to manage OTB with a Planner Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills OUR CULTURE Just like our customers, we are fun, passionate, real, effortless, and optimistic!
