Assistant Business Process AnalystFull-Time (35hpw) Temporary up to 12 months Parramatta location with hybrid working - weekly attendance Salary staring from $97,027 + superannuationThis role sits within Business Tax squad which is the software delivery arm of Business Tax portfolio.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Business Process Analyst to support the analysis and improvement of business processes.
You will work in an agile environment with a highly engaged and professional team to drive business process excellence initiatives across the organisation and support transformation initiatives and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct process mapping workshops and process map as-is/to-be processes?? Assist in writing business requirement, user stories, acceptance criteria Well versed in coordination with business and technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of AWS components and AWS requirements in relation to solution will be beneficial Analyse, monitor and review data and processes to identify opportunities for improvement Support the business to identify, drive and deliver continuous improvement and efficient enhancements in customer service, systems, and processes??? Liaise with key stakeholders to develop requirements which meet business needs and improve day to day performance Collaborate with project counterparts in systems and analytics to define, refine, test and deploy enhancement requirements Work closely with Senior Business Analyst and Product Owner ensuring requirement readiness for delivery sprints.
Create and update process related documentation such as process maps and work instructions To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
