Role The Baringa School Assistant Business Manager will undertake a variety of support roles under the direction of the Principal and Business Manager. We require an energetic and enthusiastic person with excellent interpersonal skills, who can perform a range of financial, office, organisational and reception functions.
Responsibilities The successful applicant will/may be required to:
Assist the Business Manager in all areas of administration and finance tasks including receipting, invoicing, allocations and CSEF utilising Cases21. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Assets management. Liase with Contractors to arrange maintenance works for both during and out of school hours (including at times school holidays). Process CSEF applications and resolve issues with applications. Manage the processing of student enrolments, attendance, transfers and exits. Provide required level of administrative support for school events. Provide administrative support responsibilities including general reception, front office enquiries, mail deliveries, assisting with stock control, supporting organisation of meetings, receiving and initial processing of standard paperwork. Provide communication to students, parents, staff and external bodies. Undertake related additional duties as requested by the Business Manager or Principal. Comply with and support school policies and procedures. Manage excursions/camps/events processes including reconciliation and reporting.
